Hace un poco m\u00e1s de dos a\u00f1os, estaba saliendo de una relaci\u00f3n muy t\u00f3xica, mi familia y mi iglesia todav\u00eda se estaban recuperando de un hurac\u00e1n que hab\u00eda azotado nuestra isla unos a\u00f1os antes, y yo estaba decepcionada con mi carrera y me sent\u00eda un fracaso.\u00a0<\/p>

Estaba sumergida en depresi\u00f3n, llena de culpa, verg\u00fcenza, ansiedad y remordimiento. Sent\u00eda el coraz\u00f3n literalmente entumecido; como si su luz se hubiera apagado. Encima de todo eso, mi cuerpo estaba enfermo por todo lo que atravesaba.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Fue para ese tiempo cuando decid\u00ed realizar el internado en la Casa de Oraci\u00f3n. <\/span>Estar all\u00ed, de alguna manera, parec\u00eda como si el mundo se detuviera y yo estuviera sentada con todas mis emociones y luchas; se sent\u00eda bien pesado. <\/span><\/p>\n

As\u00ed que decid\u00ed que era el momento perfecto para sentarme con el Se\u00f1or y contarle todo lo que sent\u00eda. Y, sinceramente, estaba enojada con \u00e9l. Pas\u00e9 meses luchando con \u00e9l, abri\u00e9ndole mi coraz\u00f3n, dici\u00e9ndole todo lo que sent\u00eda y pensaba sin filtros.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I’m not even kidding, every day!! I thought everyone must think I looked crazy for crying all the time. I would start talking with the Lord about what I was struggling at the moment, and would just begin to weep uncontrollably and would ask him to heal my heart. \u00a1Estaba decidida a no dejarlo ir hasta que me respondiera y liberara mi coraz\u00f3n!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a1Y \u00c9l hizo eso y mucho m\u00e1s! Me visit\u00f3 much\u00edsimas veces y respondi\u00f3 a muchas de mis preguntas. Me liber\u00f3 de la depresi\u00f3n y de a\u00f1os de trauma y cargas, y empec\u00e9 a sentir que la luz regresaba a mi coraz\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In a culture that is performance based, tears might look like a weakness. We often hold on to so much in our hearts just to seem strong. We have this need to look perfect and put together all the time. Even when we cry we apologize for it, it’s like we are ashamed of tears. <\/span><\/p>\n

Friend, Jesus loves when we are real with him and we tell him, without any filter, what’s in our heart. He is not afraid of all our baggage and our big emotions. He is not afraid or intimidated with our questions. Nothing takes Him by surprise, He has seen it all already. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Creo que las l\u00e1grimas son tan especiales porque aparecen cuando las palabras no pueden; ellas terminan revelando nuestros verdaderos sentimientos. Las l\u00e1grimas nos mantienen tiernos y humildes, nos arraigan y nos hacen ver nuestra fragilidad. Hay belleza en las l\u00e1grimas porque muestran nuestro verdadero ser sin filtros.<\/p>

When we decide to come to Jesus and weep, it’s like somehow tears are like a language that says how desperately we<\/span><\/span>\u00a0necesitamos a Dios.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Cuando nos presentamos ante el Se\u00f1or tal como somos; en nuestro quebrantamiento y debilidad, y clamamos a \u00c9l, esas\u00a0<\/span>tears don’t go unnoticed by Him!\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Es posible que te sigan sucediendo cosas malas y sientas que el mundo est\u00e1 en tu contra, tal vez te hayan sucedido cosas que sientes que fueron injustas, o tal vez simplemente tienes que sincerarte contigo mismo de cosas con las cuales estas cargando y le has est\u00e1s huyendo.<\/p>

Whatever it is that you are going through, don’t be afraid of those tears; go before the Lord, pour your heart out, cry to Him. Those who cry and show their emotions before Him are the courageous ones. He hears you Friend! Keep showing up with your tears. In good time He will bring out of your tears a harvest of joy and healing!<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
